Born to a Sindhi family in Mumbai on 5th March 1974, Hiten Tejwani was passionate about acting from an early age. He completed his schooling from Saint Francis D'Assisi High School, Mumbai and then graduated from Jai Hind College. The acting bug bit him during his college days, when he joined the Ankur Theatre Group.
