This is an adventure series and is a Canadian series which was produced in Vancouver. The episodes were aired on CBC Television, and also the Disney Channel. The first episode was aired on 7th October 1985, but the sequels of the show were aired on The Disney Channel until 1996. The show had a total number of 123 installments between the period of 1985, and 1990.
The show was loved by the adolescents and was then carried forward after the 1990s. The series revolved around the exploits of the family Roberts. The show promoted about the environment and highlighted the issues like forest preservation, pollution, and wildlife endangerment. The series was broadcasted in many countries because of the message it delivered.
