) who is a frail and elderly man.
He was depressed about his lost daughter. Annirudh Dutt (Gaurav Chopraa) is the Managing Director of the hotel and takes care of everything there. He is so work-oriented that he got separated from his wife, Pallavi. Anayta Mehta/Fernandez (Aakansha Singh) works in the same hotel as an Assistant in the Food and Beverages Section. She had a mission to achieve, which was later revealed in the show. Annie turns out to be the granddaughter of Mr. Jaitley, i.e., daughter of Mr. Jaitley's lost daughter. She aimed to reunite her grandfather and convince him to forgive her mother.
Another prominent character was Neil Gujral (Aashim Gulati), the security manager of the hotel. He was an ex-policeman who was terminated from the department due to his involvement in a shootout causing an innocent to die. Neel soon starts developing a feeling for Annie.
