Harleen Sethi

Harleen Sethi is a Sikh actress, model, and host from Mumbai, Maharashtra. She has an elder brother named Karan. She attended the Jankidevi Public School, Mumbai. Being brought up in Maharashtra, India, Harleen can fluently speak Marathi, English, Hindi, and Punjabi.

As a child, Harleen took a deep interest in dancing and even took professional dance lessons. She went to do her Bachelors from R. D. National and W. A. Science College, Mumbai. During her college days, she worked with the Danceworx Performing Arts Academy.

The very talented dancer began her acting career with 2013 Hollywood short film, titled, "Country of Bodies: Bombay in Dance." The film is set against the scrim of the Urbanized locale of Bombay and shares a picture of the lives of the people and the relationship they share with the city.

The film received much love from the viewers. Harleen's love for traveling even lead her to work with the lifestyle channel of NDTV Good Times. She also went on to host the NDTV show, called, "India Adventures." The show brought mainstream people into the realm of traveling, exploring, and being a part of a significant project.

When asked about her experience of being a host, Harleen shared great memories of the show, and she added that being in a travel show helped her grow as an individual and also satiated her desire of adventure. She also became the face of PC Jewelry in 2016.

Harleen made her Bollywood debut with 2017 short film, "Love, Bites." The film has Harleen Sethi and Satyajeet Dubey in lead roles. Harleen plays the role of an ambitious scientist in the short film, whose love interest, played by Dubey, is an artist. Recently, the actress bagged a role in a musical TV series called, "Gabru: Hip Hop ke Shehzaade." The series aired on Jeet, a newly found television channel, and is rumored to return with another season.
