Shubhangi Atre Poorey is a well-known face in the Hindi Television Industry. She first came under limelight with the role of Palchin in ‘Kasauti Zindagi Kay’. Here, she played the role of an understanding woman who gave much needed support to her heart-broken husband, Prem. Shubhangi made her acting debut with this role and enjoyed overnight fame and popularity with her stupendous performance.

Shubhangi was born in Indore, Madhya Pradesh and wanted to pursue career in the corporate world. She even has an MBA degree from the popular IMS College. However, with the quirk of fate, she ended up in the glamour world and enjoyed high success and popularity here.

In 2007, Shubhangi was roped for the TV serial Kasturi, where she played the female lead. Her cute and mature acting was praised by the critics and the audience. A few years back, Shubhangi got married to Piyush Poorey. Right now, she has a daughter called Aashi. Shubhangi was last seen in SAB TV’s serial and she’s presently spending some quality time with her daughter.
