Aayush Shah is a talented young actor who has acted in shows like ‘Uttaran’, and ‘Navya’, as well as some episodes of “Savdhan India”. He always wanted to become an actor, so he started giving auditions at an early age. Before entering into the TV industry, he made his debut in the movie, 'My Friend Ganesha 2”, which was based on Lord Ganesha’s character. In the serial “Sajda Tere Pyar Mein”, he played the younger version of Ranveer (Shaleen Bhanot).

Aayush Shah is a talented young actor born on 31st October, 1995. He has studied from Jai Hind College, Mumbai. He resides in Mumbai but also speaks Gujarati. He has acted in TV shows like ‘Uttaran’ (Colors), Navya, Aur Pyaar Ho Gaya (Zee TV), and Siddharth Kumar Tewary's mythological series ‘Mahabharat’ on Star Plus. He plays the character of Ashwathama (Guru Drona's son) in Mahabharat. He also portrayed the negative character of Surjeet in Big Magic's Raavi. In Haunted Nights (Sahara One), he played the character of ‘Prateek’ who is a ghost hunter. He has also acted in the movie, ‘Life in Dark’ (2012).
When asked about his interest in films and television, he says, "I was always interested in doing films and television so I started giving auditions for the same. I started acting a few years ago, and I did my debut in the movie, 'My Friend Ganesha 2' (2008). After that, I bagged the TV show ‘Uttaran’, on Colors. Soon after Uttaran, I got an offer in a movie that is yet to be released. The movie has been selected for the Goa festival. I have also acted in shows like ‘Navya’, and ‘Sajda Tere Pyar Mein’, in which I played the younger version of Ranveer (Shaleen Bhanot). I was told about ‘Mahabharat’, the same time I was doing Navya. Siddharth Sir wanted me to play the role of Ashwathama, and I was very excited and keen to be a part of Mahabharat. So I immediately agreed to play the character in the show. I am very thankful to the two very wonderful persons in my life - Mahesh Chandra Bhatt and Sahil Ansari."
Aayush is happy to share his experience of shooting for Mahabharat and says, "It was an amazing experience. The character was totally different from what I have played earlier, and it was a very challenging character to play on screen.” He also says, "I have got much recognition with the show Navya, as wherever I go, people recognize me by the character that I played in that show. Television and Bollywood are good in their ways, and I am open to doing both. I want to become a star like all others wish to be". He will be seen in Channel V’s show, ‘O’Gujariya – Har Sapna Zaroori Hota’.
