Watch the film in theaters!
GV Prakash Kumar did his best. Vineeth and Aparna are good in their roles. But, it is Nedumudi Venu, who swallowed everyone with his excellent performance. His looks, body language and the performance, make us feel him as a legendary Mridangam Vidwan.
Rajiv Menon’s screenplay is neat and he had moved it excellently well. The transformation of GV Prakash is good. The scenes between Venu and GV are fantastic. Rajiv had dealt with the cast issues excellently well; not with the dialogues, but the actions. Music by Rahman is one among the best in the film. With the simple beats, Rahman and his team impressed the audiences. The cinematography and the editing are good. The chemistry between the leads is good too.
What’s Not There?
With the neat performance and the good narration, the film is good. If certain scenes had been avoided, the film would have been a complete family entertainer. However, it is watchable, once!
