Plot

The story is narrated as two phases; one is the love phase and the other is the breakup phase. Jai is an IT Professional. He falls in love with Pranitha and it is the love at first sight. When he proposes her, Pranitha rejects him. Jai decides to commit suicide, as his friends might make fun of him for his love failure. But, he wanted to disclose it to his friends. After calling everyone and explaining them, he switches off his mobile. So, they could not reach him. Meanwhile, all his friends are arrested and kept in police custody. Karunakaran, one of Jai’s friends, managed to reach Pranitha and explains about Jai. Will Pranitha accepts Jai’s proposal? Why do the cops arrest the friends? Will they be set free? Watch the film in theaters.

Star Performances

The comedy entertainer has the beautiful performances of the stars. Jai and his friends played by Naveen, Karunakaran and Kaali Venkat have performed well. Pranitha is a template heroine and nothing special to mention her performance.

Analysis

We couldn’t say that Arun Rajamani’s script selection is unique. He has chosen a regular comedy subject that depends upon the timing comedies. It is the chemistry between the actors that made the subject impressive.

What’s There?

  • Performance of the stars
  • Timing comedy
  • Excellent cinematography by Mahesh

What’s Not There?

  • There are minor flaws here and there; nothing to pinpoint in particular

Verdict

Jai has proved again that he could excel in comedy performances. Enakku Vaaitha Adimaigal is a good film to watch, this weekend.
