Pranitha Subhash

She is a model turned actress. She is from Bangalore and has been a part of Tollywood and Kannada films. Her parents are doctors and run a hospital in Bangalore. Pranitha was a model by profession before she stepped into acting. She debuted in the year 2010 opposite in Porki, a remake of a Telugu hit film with the same name.

She also acted in a Telugu film, Em Pillo Em Pillado in 2010 again. After being choosy and rejected a few Kannada films, she signed a Telugu love story Baava, opposite Siddharth. She was appreciated by the masses for her role of Varalakshmi in this film. She then made her Tamil film debut with Udhayan. Her film Saguni was released both in two languages.

Saguni was released in thousand one fifty theatres across the globe and marked as Pranitha’s biggest release. After Rajnikanth’s Robot Saguni was the highest Tamil movie.
