Plot
Raghav is a budding screenwriter, who is struggling to write the perfect climax. He remembers his time at Dehradun, when he was best friends with Sahir and Sanya, until a misunderstanding broke them apart. Will Raghav ever get back to them?

. The movie was fun, appealed to the youth, and had some good music.
21 years later, the makers decided to appeal to the current youth with ‘Ishq Vishk Rebound’. Does it have the same impact as the original?
The movie aims to appeal to the Gen Z. However, it forgets one simple thing: RELATIBILITY. Ever thought why films like ‘Karwaan’ struck a chord with the youth? Because in one way or the other, the movie was relatable. Ironically, despite the presence of the same crew, ‘Ishq Vishk Rebound’ was far from relatable, forget being entertaining. We expected better from Akarsh Khurana and Nipun Dharmadhikari.
Although the film is not very long, the screenplay is far from impressive. There is no dialogue that you will remember after more than 10 minutes, forget a month or even a year. The soundtrack of this film is also below average, and even Sonu Nigam’s rendition of ‘Ishq Vishk’ is not enough to save the day.
Is there anything good? To some extent, the acting performances are. Unlike ‘Archies’ or ‘Heeramandi’, the freshers have done a decent job with their respective roles, especially Naila Grrewal and

‘Ishq Vishk Rebound’ is a movie that could have been a lot better. The young actors did a fine job, and they somehow tried to make up for a messy screenplay. However, the film is anything but outstanding, and is at best a one time watch.
