Kadaikutty Singam, the film directed by “Pandiraj” has Karthik Sivakumar in the lead role. “Sathyaraj,” Bhanu Priya, Sayesha Saigal, Arthana Binu Vijayakumar, Priya Bhavani Shankar, “Ilavarasu,” “Yuvarani” and “Mounica” are in the supporting roles. The film has been running successfully in theaters. It had been dubbed in Telugu as Chinna Babu. The latest news is that Venkaiah Naidu, the Vice President of India watched the film and was much impressed with the content. He took it to his Twitter and posted, “I happened to watch the recent Telugu release Chinna Babu (Kadaikutty Singam in Tamil). Set against the prosperous village backdrops, the film entertains emphasizing our culture and tradition of beautiful living without including any profane and inappropriate elements.” After seeing this tweet, the producer Suriya Sivakumar tweeted, “Sir truly honoured!! A leader of your stature took time to pay attention to our efforts means the world to us... Our team is overwhelmed by your gesture and inspired to make cinema a value based entertainment.”
