As the Tamilnadu Film Producers Council has been protesting against the VPF charges by the Digital Service Providers and some more problems in the film industry, the Telugu Film Producer Council has decided to support them. They have decided not to screen the Telugu films in Tamilnadu and from next Sunday, the blockbuster movie, Rangasthalam will be taken back from the theaters. Although this may appear good, the final sufferers are the theater owners. With the other language movies, some of the theater owners had been getting some crowd to the theaters and their business started again. If Telugu Film Producer Council stops the movie releases, those few theaters could not do their business. It is to be noted that the dubbed version of Malayalam film
Puthiya Niyamam
by “Nayantara,” Telugu film Rangasthalam by Samantha Akkineni and Hindi film “Baaghi 2” by
Tiger Shroff
collected a good amount in Tamilnadu, last week.
