Plot
Madasamy is a small-time thief who steals goats at night. He has the capability to distract dogs, as they may hurdle his work. However, he has a soft heart, which only Alli, the black magician, knows. Unfortunately, a murder happens, and a cop enters the village for investigation. A big wig at the village joins hands with the cop to fulfil his wishes. What happens next? Who becomes the victim in this case? The rest of the film deals with this.
Star Performance
Sethu and Samriddhi have done a good job. Their chemistry is sparkling even amidst some dull background.
Analysis
Myyal speaks about the weak system and how people are forced to become victims. Amidst the rural setting, a soft love story is showcased well. If there had been a positive result, it would’ve impressed and stayed fresh. However, the performances of the lead actors and the supporting actors’ negative roles give us a satisfactory watching. How the law is bent and people are made victims are showcased well. The emotional scenes are penned well, and we can connect them. The screenplay is designed well, and it moves at a decent pace. Whenever we are shown the leads on screen, we expect something from them, as their chemistry is impressive. The visuals are decent. The music and editing are okay.
