Vikram K Kumar, the director of Suriya’s 24, has commented about the film for the first time. He said in affirmative that the movie 24 is a science fiction story. The plot is something impossible in science, but the film talks about what subsequently happens if the unimagined happens.
He watched at least 50 Hollywood films of the same genre to know how to handle such a subject. But Vikram Kumar says that 24 does not have any shade of a Hollywood film. He is wary of copied stuff from Hollywood as internet users are a very informed lot and make mincemeat of any copied film on the very day of its release. The director is now busy with post-production schedules.
Eros International is likely to release the movie in TN, and it has also acquired the audio rights of the movie.
