Latha Rajinikanth
, who had borrowed for the film “Kochadaiyaan” in 2014, hadn’t yet repaid the amount. Earlier, the Supreme Court ordered the company, where Latha is the director, to pay the loan amount to the ad agency, which lent some money during the post-production works. Even after the directions by the court, Latha Rajinikanth didn’t pay the amount. Earlier, the top court ordered to pay the amount within three months. Now, the court has ordered that either they should pay the loan amount of Rs. 6.2 crores or they should face the case again. Latha is said to have borrowed Rs. 10 crores from Ad Bureau, an ad agency. As Kochadaiyaan didn’t go well as expected, Latha suffered a loss and hence she had been delaying to repay the amount, say the sources. Latha’s behavior might affect the political entry of “Rajinikanth” say some sources.
