Superstar Rajinikanth Movie Petta Updates!

“Petta” is scripted and directed by Karthik Subbaraj, who is popular for “Jigarthanda,” “Pizza” and “Iraivi.” The film is bankrolled by Kalanithi Maran of Sun Pictures. Anirudh Ravichander composes the music and Thirunavukkarasu is the cinematographer. The movie has a star cast of “Simran,” Vijay Sethupathi, Trisha Krishnan, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Bobby Simha, Megha Akash, Sananth Reddy, Malavika Mohanan, Guru Somasundaram, Deepak Paramesh and Munishkanth “Ramdoss.” “M Sasikumar” is the latest to join the cast of Petta and his scenes had been shot in Varanasi. It is heard that Sasikumar will be playing the friend of the superstar in the flashback portions and Trisha will also be appearing in the flashback sequences. As Trisha and Sasikumar portions are being shot, she couldn’t attend the success meet of “96” with Vijay Sethupathi.
