Following the disastrous incident that happened at Indian 2 set on 19th February 2020, cases have been filed against the producers of the movie LYCA Productions, the crane operator and the owner of the crane. However, none had been arrested so far. Meanwhile,

Similarly, the LYCA Productions announced Rs 2 crores for the families of the deceased and they had also stated that all the medical expenses for the injured will be taken care of by them.
The Nazarethpet police had registered cases under IPC sections 304 (A), 337, 338 and 287. Kamal Haasan stated that accidents happen in all industries.
