, the Ulaga Nayagan has turned a political leader from today. Last year, he announced his political entry and told that he will not join any party, but will launch a party on his own. Today, 21st February, Kamal announced his party name in Madurai. Kamal started his political journey today from the House of Kalam in Rameshwaram. He had his breakfast in Dr APJ Abdul Kalam’s house and sought the blessings from Dr APJ’s elder brother. Later, he met the fishermen in Mandapam. After having a conversation with them, Kamal left to Ramnad. He was supposed to attend a meeting in Maanamadurai. But, due to the tight schedule, Kamal couldn’t make it in Maanamadurai. He attended the public meeting in Madurai and announced his party name, flag, policies and the symbol. And Kamal’s party name is Makkal Needhi Maiam!
