She quit the film after her marriage. Now, the actress turned a director and is gearing up for her reentry to Kollywood. She has been busy working in Yaadhumaagi Nindraai, her debut directorial venture. Besides directing the film, she plays the lead.

The film is bankrolled by her mom Girija Raghuram under the banner Suja Movies. Yaadhumaagi Nindraai is based on a real-life incident. “ Dhanush This lanky superstar Dhanush is an actor from Tami >> Read More... ” has sung a song titled Pudavai Nilavu. Besides playing back, he is also presenting the audio under the banner Wunderbar Studios.

The music composition is by Ashwin Vinayagamurthy. The film has been wrapped up and the post-production work is going at a quick pace.
