Dhanush’s ‘Kubera’ Secures A Release Date!

Dhanush’s much awaited trilingual ‘Kubera’ has finally secured a release date.

According to the recent reports, Sekhar Kammula’s heist thriller ‘Kubera’ will be releasing all over the world by 20 June. The movie stars Dhanush in the lead role of a beggar, who goes on to become a powerful gambler, and later a gangster. The movie also stars Rashmika Mandanna Rashmika became born in Virajpet, a metropolis in >> Read More... and Nagarjuna in prominent roles. The movie is made simultaneously in Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi.

This would be one of Dhanush’s four movies scheduled for this year. His first film, ‘Nilavuku En Mel Ennadi Kobam’ recently hit the silver screens. However, the response was lukewarm, as the film has early only some 6 crores from net domestic collections, compared to a budget of 15 crores.

Apart from ‘Kubera’, Dhanush is also awaiting the release of his directorial ‘Idly Kadai’. This is his fourth film as a director. Dhanush had also directed ‘Raayan’ last year, which turned out to be a surprise hit, earning 160 crores worldwide on a budget of 75 crores. However, the most awaited movie is ‘Tere Ishk Mein’, which is a spiritual sequel to Dhanush’s blockbuster Hindi debut ‘ Raanjhanaa Click to look into! >> Read More... ’, and is expected to be released around November 2025.
