Idly Kadai Postponed Further!

Fans of Dhanush will have to wait a little more.

According to the recent reports, Dhanush’s next directorial Idly Kadai won’t release in April. The movie has been postponed to October 1, i.e. during the Vijayadashami weekend. Idly Kadai is Dhanush’s fourth directorial after Pa Paandi, Raayan, and Nilavaku en Mel Ennadi Kobam. While Raayan surprised both critics and the audience to emerge as a decent commercial hit in 2024, NEEK wasn’t as commercially successful when it released this year.

However, Dhanush is far from disappointed, since he is super busy this year. His first appearance this year would be in the heist thriller Kubera, which is simultaneously made in Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi. Following Kubera and Idly Kadai, Dhanush will attempt to impress the Hindi audiences with his next flick Tere Ishk Mein. The movie is a spiritual sequel to Raanjhanaa, which was Dhanush’s Hindi debut that released in 2013.
