Chidambaram Decided To Surrender! Special Court Rejected!

At present, Chidambaram has been in Tihar Jail. Meanwhile, Chidambaram tried to get bail by moving the plea to surrender in the case. He moved the plea to the Enforcement Directorate, but the CBI Court rejected the plea, today. So, Chidambaram will continue to be in Tihar jail until 19th September.

As PC is in the judicial custody, the case had been moved faster, says Tushar Mehta, the Solicitor General. He also justified the arrest of Chidambaram. Right from 21^st August, Chidambaram had been in the CBI custody and now in judicial custody. He had been arrested for the fraudulent activities that happened in 2007.
