The General Secretary of the DMK, Prof Anbazhagan, had been suffering from age-related illness and had been getting his treatment at Apollo Hospitals, Chennai. Perasiriyar breathed his last at 1:05 am, today. Many celebs and DMK cadres are sharing the condolences on the sad demise of the DMK General Secretary.
Radhika Sarathkumar posted, “My deepest sympathies on the sad demise of #KAnbazhagan , last of the the greats, who served 9 terms as MLA and one term in Lok Sabha and contributed so much to the #DMK and its growth with another visionary #Karunanidhi (kalaignar) avargal RIP.”
