Actors joined hands and raised voice in protest and gave pressure to the government. Actress Kasthuri made a statement in which she said. There are protests being held against the NEET examinations in Tamil Nadu. But, the Supreme Court has issued order that the NEET examinations be held. Accepting that, the Central Government and the Tamil Nadu Government implemented the examinations. But, the Central Government is hesitating to implement the order issued by the Supreme Court. Only we have more right for the Cauvery water.
I occupy a different stand in the issue of education. Irrespective of the state, one can function anywhere. But, one has to observe whether he is not involved in any accusation. I would not say that we should not conduct the IPL Series. But, the fans should wear black shirt and convey their protest, said Kasthuri.
