” posted the reason behind the weird behavior of the commissioner. The corporation commissioner apologized if his actions hurt anyone. He stated that the shops didn’t follow social distancing and other safety norms. He feared that if the place will become Koyambedu, which turned a corona hotspot. To stop the people from doing the same and save them from the virus infection, he did that, said the commissioner.
He stated that everyone, including him, is serving day and night for the welfare of the people and if the people don’t follow the safety measures, then their efforts will go in vain and that’s why he did that, explained the commissioner.
