A National Award Winner In Superstar’s Next!

After “Kabali,” Superstar “Rajinikanth” played in “2.0” directed by “S Shankar” and Kaala Karikalan directed by Pa Ranjith. 2.0 was supposed to release before Kaala. As the CG works in 2.0 are not yet completed, Shankar requested the Kaala team to release the film. Now, the film is getting ready to hit the screens on 7th June. From June, Superstar will join the sets of the yet to be titled film, to be directed by Karthik Subbaraj. The film has Vijay Sethupathi in a pivotal role. Anirudh Ravichander joined the team as the music composer and it is his first film for his uncle, Rajini. Now, yet another celebrity joins the team and it is none other than the award-winning cinematographer, “Tiru.” The heroine is not yet selected. Already it was said that Rajini decided not to pair the heroines, who are of his daughters’ age. So, we could guess that “Anjali” would be ruled out from the list and the rest of the heroines in the suggestion list are Deepika Padukone, “Nayanthara” and Trisha Krishnan. Sun Pictures produces the film and the film will be released in 2019.
