Yes, not in India but the UK. Vijay has been nominated for the supporting actor award along with Robert Webb, Sam Gillet, Keith Allen, Jordan Stephens, Paul Whitehouse and Matt Lucas. In the Best Foreign Language Film Nominations, Mersal has been selected along with Happy End, Loveless, In The Fade, The Square, A Fantastic Woman, Vaya and The Insult. The voting lines are open from 15th January to 20th March 2018. The link is www.nationalfilmawards.org. The award event will be held on 28th March 2018 in London.
