Although the speculations were going on, we could not blindly believe it. Now, the filmmaker Vasu has announced that he will be making a sequel to Shivalinga with Shivanna. "We got the idea of having a sequel when we were shooting for the climax abroad. In the climax, Shiva, who played an investigating officer, will be throwing his mobile phone into water, after receiving a call from his senior officer to solve another murder mystery. When I narrated a few scenes to make the sequel, Shiva gave his nod immediately. It will be called as Shivalinga Part 2, and the film will have almost the same cast as the original”, said Vasu in a Press Meet.
