Padma Shri Honor For Bharathi Vishnuvardhan!

Bharathi Vishnuvardhan is one among the popular yesteryear heroines, who have been playing character roles, now. Yesterday, the honorary Padma awards were announced. Many people from the film industry and sports are announced to receive the Padma awards from the Indian President. Bharathi is one among the film fraternities, who have been serving the industry for more than five decades. Right from 1960, Bharathi has been in the film industry. Besides Kannada films, she has acted in a lot of Tamil films too. Bharathi will be receiving Padma Shri for 2017. In the professional front, she was last seen in Dodmane Huduga with Puneeth Rajkumar, Radhika Pandit, “Ambareesh” and “Sumalatha.” Bharathi is also playing in a Tulu movie, which is being shot in Mangalore.
