When the AMMA reinstated Dileep, the KFI and FIRE sent a letter to them, to reconsider the decision of reinstating Dileep, as the victim is also a longtime member in AMMA. As many movements and a lot of actresses were against Dileep’s reinstatement, the actor voluntarily quit from his membership. Idavela Babu wrote a reply to actor Chetan, who was also one of the people who signed against Dileep’s reinstatement. Babu stated that they expelled Dileep from AMMA hastily when he was accused. He also stated that Dileep is only an accused and not a convict. This statement is enough to prove that AMMA favors the actor and not the actress.
