Recently, as a true naturalist, he has adopted a plan to set up a sanctuary in Sumatra Island. In his Oscar speech, he explored and exposed the devastating effects of a green-starved world.
At Mount Leuser National Park in Indonesia, the actor has said Sumatran elephants are on the threshold of extinction due to the loss of their habitat and rampant poaching. The Indonesian government, irked by his interference in local issues and interest, has threatened to deport him. He has proclaimed to live and breathe in this project until it achieves the desired success. It looks like the Sumatran elephants have a Greek God to pull them up from this mess.
