R.K. Ranagrajan was born on February 15, 1947, in Tamil Nadu, India. His schooling was done in his hometown, and later he did higher education at the University of Madras. Turning toward the film industry, Rangrajan worked as a scriptwriter and dialogue writer in the Indian film industry. He stands as one of the well-recognized contributors to Tamil cinema. In Particular, he has worked on quite a few very successful films. Right from Muthal Mariyathai and Kizhakku Cheemayile, R.K. Rangrajan has associated his career with some notable films. His sharp work in the dialogues and scripts gave him an honorable position in the industry.
