G.N. Rangarajan was a producer, writer, editor, and director of Indian origins. He was born in 1930 and worked mainly in the Tamil film industry. He started as an assistant editor for Dorai Singam. He directed movies like Meendum Kokila (1981), Ellam Inba Mayyam (1981), Kalyanaraman (1979), and Kadal Meengal (1981). In 1993 the movie Maharasan was his last directorial project.
