Gana Ulaganathan is a playback singer by profession and also an actor of the Indian film industry who works predominantly in the Tamil film industry. His record labels include Sony Music Entertainment Inc., Think Music India, 2013 Times Music, Five Star Audio, and Vincey Productions.

He has worked in many music albums such as Satgurunatha of 1996, Shivani of 2012, Chennai 600028 of 2007, ChithiramPesuthadi of 2006, Va: Quarter Cutting of 2010, Madurai Veeran of 2007, AlaikadaiMelae of 2006, and MalaiyanoorMannatha of 2013. He also worked as an actor in the movies ChithiramPesuthadi of 2006, Sandamarutham of 2015, Khatarnak of 2006, Shivani of 2017, and Shravana. In “Va: Quarter Cutting,” he worked with the music director G. V. Prakash Kumar.

It was directed by Pushkar and Gayathri and was produced by Sashikanth Sivaji. He also got the chance to work with the actors Shiva, Lekha Washington, and S. P. B. Charan. It released into the Indian theatres on 5 November 2010 under the banner of the production company called “Y NOT Studios.” In “ChithiramPesuthadi,” he worked under the direction of Mysskin and the production of S. N. Ezilan, Lv Srikanth Lakshman, and V. Vijayan along with the music director Sundar C Babu.

He sang the song titled “Valamenukkum” in it plus he also did a small role as an actor. It released into the theatres on 10 February 2006 under the production company named “Dreambridge Productions.” It received a good response from its audience and critics. Then in “Shivani,” he worked with the director Sai Gokul Ramanath. He sang the songs titled “Come Come Come Chilipi Jaana” along with Hyde Karty and “Gaana Rap War” along with Bizmac in it.

Its soundtrack released in 2012 but, the movie released into the theatres in 2017. It was of a thriller genre including some romance. In the movie named “Khatarnak,” he worked with the music director M. M. Keeravani. He sang the song titled ”Love CheseeVaallaki” in it along with the playback singer and comedian, Venu Madhav. It was directed by Amma Rajasekhar and produced by B. V. S. N. Prasad.
