Shivaji Dev is an Indian Tamil actor, who has been a part of the Tamil movie industry. Mr. Shivaji has acted in many films, and people have liked his acting skills very much. He is one of the rising actors and contributing tremendously to the film Industry. His family runs a production house called Sivaji Productions in which many top films had been produced. His Aunt, Sripriya is also an actress. He started his career from the film “Singakutty” released in 2008, and people from that onwards started calling him “Junior Shivaji”. It was made under the banner of Venkatesh Masala and starred Gori Munjal and Shivaji Dev in the lead roles.

However, it received many negative comments from the critics and was not a hit. In 2009, he joined a course of acting for a year of Balu Mahendra's film institute and performed in many theater plays and drama shows. When he was working on his acting skills, he was greatly appreciated for his performance on stage for a character “Shivaji Dev”, played in the “Importance of a Hat” in which he played a role of a butler.

He has also directed plays like “Merry Christma” and Growing up as a part of the Sweet and Short Festival in Chennai, India.
