He worked on several Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Hindi films. He is married to Sangeetha, and the couple has two children, Laya Varshini and Aanjan Rishi. He began his career as an advertisement filmmaker before transitioning to the roles of TV series director and Tamil lyricist. In the film "Bambara Kannaley," starring Srikanth, Arthi Agarwal, Namitha, and Vadivelu, he made his directorial debut. He also directed the 2022 film "Arjunan Kadhali," which starred Jai, Poorna, Lakshmi Ramakrishnan, and Thambi Ramaiah.
His father, the well-known film producer R.D. Bhaskar (1940–1996), after his father's passing in 1996, Parthe Bhaskar became the SOLE PROPRIETOR of the business and registered with the Tamil Nadu Film Producers Council (TFPC). Given the opportunity by Gangai Amaren, he directed and handled the cinematography for the Golden Eagle Channel (GEC) television series "Love Birds." Parthe began creating lyrics for commercial jingles and films. He met the director Vincent Selva while discussing a particular story. They later collaborated on the unreleased film, "Kichavin Kadhal," which starred Richard Rishi and Rekha, by Ramoji Film City, the producer. Alexander, Manikkam, and Ullasam were just a few of the movie songs that became massive chart-toppers, and Parthe continued to write lyrics for Karthik Raja. Additionally, he composed lyrics for Premji Amaren, Yuvan Shankar Raja, and Srikanth Deva. For different music producers, Parthe wrote numerous songs for independent albums and devotionals. For the song "Idhu kadhaiya kavithaiya" from Chennai 600028 part2, Parthe Bhaskar received a nomination for best lyricist. He composed the lyrics for the song "Cha Cha Charey" from Venkat Prabhu's movie Party, sung by Suriya, Karthi, and Venkat Prabhu.
