Jean Markose, a Radio Jockey turned director, was born in Kollam (Quilon), Kerala, India on 13th May, 1982. Krist Raj Higher Secondary School in Kollam, Kerala, was where he received his education. His higher education was done in Fatima Mata National College in Kollam, Kerala. Jean Markose began his career at Hit 96.7FM in Dubai as a radio jockey and senior presenter. Later, he went to scriptwriting in the Malayalam film business and directed his debut Malayalam feature film, Angels. In 2018, he directed Kuttanpillayude Sivarathri for the Malayalam film industry. Jean Markose is best known for Angels (2014) and Kuttanpillayude Sivarathri (2018).
