KG Markose is a playback singer who is popular for his Christian devotional songs. He was born on 10^th June 1958. He started his career in 1979 and had crooned more than 100 film songs. Markose has done 3000+ stage shows worldwide. He hosted shows in the US, Europe, Gulf countries and Australia. Being in the music and film industry for the past thirty years, he crooned 20,000 songs in total. Besides the Malayalam songs, he has sung in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Arabic, and Hindi.

Markose is married to Manju. The couple has two sons, Nidhin and Nikhil and a daughter, Namitha.
