Writer Vinu Abraham

Writer Vinu Abraham is a well-known writer from Nedungadappally, near Thiruvalla, Pathanamthitta district in Kerala. He is residing in Thiruvananthapuram. Vinu is famous for his short stories, novels and movie scripts. His articles and short stories had been published in the leading Malayalam magazines regularly. Pardueesa and Kathayulloru Pennu have the story, screenplay and dialogues by Vinu. He penned the screenplay and dialogues for Aniyankunjum Thannalayath. He had released nearly 16 books. His movie, Parudeesa, won the Best Screenplay Award at Mexico International Film Festival. He had also produced a documentary An Encounter With A Life Living and it grabbed the National Film Award with Silver Medal. His short story, Nilavinte Naghangal, grabbed the State Bank Of Travancore Award for The Best Short Story Collection. Vinu is married to Suja and the couple has two children, Bhuvan and Rain.
