Hareesh Peradi, a sublime actor who blends so well with the roles portrayed by him, is from Chalappuram, Kerala. Hareesh is the son of Govindan Nair and Savithri Nair. As a teenage boy, he was engaged and interested in dramas and had received several prizes as well. He is wedded to Bindu, who is a dance teacher. They have a son, Vishnu, and a daughter, Vaidhi. Hareesh has studied in Zamorin’s College.
He began as a drama artist of Akashavani at the age of 19. Hareesh has strong roots from the theater and has learned the dramatic arts under
Jayaprakash Kuloor. As a theater artist, Hareesh has performed on almost 3500 stages in India. He is a famous figure of Malayalam Television and Cinema industry. He has also made an appearance in several religious albums. In one of the interviews, Hareesh said that he is from a family where boys are supposed to go abroad and work bur he decided to act. He did several jobs until the age of 25 after which he chose just to act. He also said that his family and brother has always supported and encouraged him. For the very first time, Hareesh was a part of De Ingottu Nokkiye, a Malayalam movie which was released in 2008. In 2009, he played a role in
Aayirathil Oruvan. In the same year, he appeared in
Red Chillies, in which he played the role of ‘Franco Aalangadan.' In 2013,
Left Right Left, a film directed by Arun Kumar Aravind, was a breakthrough for Hareesh. He played the character ‘Kaitheri Sahadevan,’ which was appreciated by many. He not only played the ruthless character of ‘Kaitheri Sahadevan’ but also managed to impress the audience by adding life to it. Hareesh was also a part of Nadan which has released in 2013. The movie was a tribute to Malayalam Theater. Also, he has been a part of pictures like Visudhan, Gangster, Njaan [Self Portrait], Varsham, Life of Josootty, Loham, MoonnaamNaalNjaayaraazhcha, Rosappookkaalam, Puli Murugan and Pretham. In the year 2017, he will appear in several movies which are Kamboji, Parchaayi, Zebra Varakal, Cappuccino, PrethamunduSookshikkuka, Aby and AyaalJeevichirippundu.
In one of the interviews, Hareesh expressed his admiration for Manikandan and said that he always had a secret desire to work with him. Hareesh is someone who is capable of playing any character of any movie. Though based in Kerala, Hareesh is fluent in the Tamil language as well. Hareesh Peradi admires
