She w >> Read More... . After finishing his school, Gokul took admission at Christ University, Bengaluru where he opted for a course in Business Administration (B.A.)in Tourism. During his college days, Gokul decided to follow Suresh’s footsteps and made his debut from Muddhugauv, his first Mollywood (Malayalam) project.

In an interview with the leading newspaper “The Hindu,” Gokul said that he frequently took part in street plays before coming into films. The workshop lasted for 12 days but prepared the talented youngster to face the cameras with ease. Gokul also confessed that he understood the importance of dialogue delivery techniques so as to bring life into the characters he will be playing. While preparing for his role in Muddhugauv, Gokul weighed over hundred kilograms and he had to do a lot of exercises to lose weight and he eventually lost seven kilos. In January 2015, the debutant met with an unfortunate bike accident after which he had to give seven months for the rehabilitation process. Later, he completed the shooting, after recovering from the injuries. Muddhugauv revolves around Gokul’s character Bharath, who does not leave any stone unturned to impress his girlfriend Ganga. Gokul also missed his college lectures resulting in his ineligibility to write semester examinations.

After the completion of the shoot, the college authorities finally permitted Gokul to write the tests. As a result, Gokul could not watch his debut film in the theatres due to his busy examination schedule. Gokul has also admitted that people have compared him to his father Suresh Gopi but the Muddhugauv actor said that he is ready to handle such expectations. Muddhugauv got praises from the audience and critics alike. As of now, Gokul has signed three Mollywood projects.
