Jithu Madhavan is a rising Screenplay Writer and Director. He was born and brought up in the city of Kottayam, Kerala. Jithu attended his high school from Bappuji English Medium High School, Koothattukulam, Kerala. After 12th, he pursued a Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech) degree. Subsequently, he specialized in astronautical engineering to become an astronautical engineer.
Romancham (2023), a horror-comedy movie in Malayalam, is the first movie written and directed by Jithu Madhavan. The 3-crore movie was a hit at the box office and earned more than Rs.75 crore. He wrote the movie based on his personal experiences in Bengaluru, where he used to live in 2005 along with his 7 friends. Jithu has wanted to work in the film industry since his college days. He has also worked as an assistant director in the films
