Dinjith Ayyathan

Dinjith Ayyathan is an Indian film creative director specialized in VFX and also a filmmaker who has worked on films, and commercials, especially in the Malayalam film industry.

He was born on 22 August 1979. His parents were Divakaran Ayyathan and Vasantha. He brought up in Thalassery, Kannur.

He completed his graduation in Fine arts (Visual communication). He married Sharmila Mohandas on 22 May 2005. They have two kids named Dhyan and Dhev.

His successfully hit movie was Kakshi Amminippilla in the year 2019. He completed the Film course regarding moving images from IMI Pune.

He started directing some animated short films, and his debut venture was "A mail for Col. John Weits", which is a 3D animated short film, has won the silver medal at 13th TBS DIGICON(Tokyo Broadcasting System Digital Contents Animation & Movie awards)Film Festival at Japan, and also nominated in various film festivals like, International short film festival of Kerala, and Ladakh International film festival and also it is the only entry from India, into the BANG awards held in Portugal, which is an international animation film festival and selected from more than hundred entries into the finals along with some other movies.

He's one of the short films, To Be A Star, had bagged the best film in Diamond short film fest in Kerala and the best child actor award for the Thapasya Short film festival.

He also directed a few ad films. He was ganging up for the movies Philips and The Monkey pen,1983, Jo And The Boy, Action Hero Biju, and also working together in making the 2D animation sequences in state award movie Zakhariyayude Garbhinikal, Philips and the Monkey Pen and Asha black. He has worked for more than fourteen years in the Indian Animation Industry.

He almost worked with all the leading studios in India as Supervising Animator, for many projects like Little Krishna, with the highest TRP rated animation television series as of now, and also worked for many international projects like Disney, Wild Brain Studios and Nickelodeon.

He holds Keyframes Animation Studios, as the creative director. He also directed the home DVD movie 'Torpedo, The Magic Goggle' which was the first animated superhero in Malayalam industry and this movie also had selected at International Malayalam Film Awards, Dubai and nominated for the best-animated home DVD movie at FICCI BAF-2013(The Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry for the Best Animated Frames), Mumbai.
