Unfortunately, he didn’t get a chance to show his acting skills during school days. He used to bunk classes to watch movies in the theatre. Later, he narrates the story to his friends. He likes to watch movies alone rather than with friends because while watching he wants concentrate on each dialogue said by the actors.

He completed his degree from Guruvayoor Appan College in Kozhikode. As he wasn’t sure about making acting his career, he decided to work as an accountant in Mathrubhumi. Later, he got married, and his wife was also very supportive. While working there, he got an opportunity to pose for a toothpaste ad. That was the very first time he appeared in front of the camera. The next day, when he saw his photo in newspapers, he got overwhelmed. In the journey towards his passion, he faced many difficulties, people have cheated him by promising him to give him roles in films but still, he never lost hope. Later, he played minor parts in album songs like ‘Arippo thirippo’, ‘Poovithalalle fasila’, etc. In 2006, he made his first appearance in the film industry through the Malayalam TV serial ‘Unniarcha’. After that, he got a few offers from different serials to do similar roles.

Though he has been there in the film industry for over 20 years, he got an identity and fame through the Malayalam serial ‘Mounaraagam’. Acting has been his passion since childhood, but he never got a chance. Still, he prepared himself for the best and when he got the opportunity. He just grabbed it.
