Karthik Rao

Karthik Rao is an Indian film actor. He was born on 7th November 1980. He has worked in the Kannada movie industry. He is also a Mangalore based theatre artist. He started his career in the Mangalore theatre ;slowly he became a flim actor. . Today is known as the film actor in India. He started his film career in the Kannada movies. In the year 2015, he was awarded by IIFA Utsavam Award for performance in Kannada mystery thriller Rangitaranga. He was nominated for the best performance in a comic role in the same year.

Before becoming a film actor, he started performing in Tuli theatre, and from that, he used to learn the acting skills, and then he used to anchor in local television programs.
