R Lingaraju is an Indian actor who predominantly worked in the Kannada cinema. He was born on 27 October 1973 in Mysore, Karnataka, to S.Rajamma and S. Racha Shetty. Most famous with his stage name Bala Rajwadi has also worked in Tamil cinema, Telugu cinema, and Malayalam cinema industries. From 1993, he has mostly worked as a stage actor with the theatre group known as Janamana. In 1997, he made a debut in a Kannada movie Nodu Baa Nammoora.
He is actively working in the south film industry since 2016. Baba Rajwadi got his major break in films after working as an antagonist in the movie
