The young Bangalorean, who first stepped into modeling before acting in Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada films. While modeling, she received offers to appear in several commercials before having signed on to her first film which was in Telugu, ' Rey Click to look into! >> Read More... '.

However, due to personal reasons, Shubhra opted out of the team, and the Telugu movie ' Prathinidhi Click to look into! >> Read More... ' (2014) went on to be her debut film, once again in Telugu, where she portrayed to be a journalist. She then bagged an offer in Kollywood, ' Sagaptham Click to look into! >> Read More... ' in the year 2015, opposite the actor and politician Vijayakanth, which didn't bring her to limelight since the film left the screens without a trace.

She went on to make a special appearance in another Telugu movie, 'Vajrakaya' right after her Kollywood break. She is currently preoccupied with her yet to be released Telugu film which was due back in 2015, 'Yavvanam Oka Fantasy'.
