Jamie Clayton, from San Diego, California, was born on 15th January 1978. She is an amazing actress and model working in Hollywood film and TV industry. Moving to New York was very fruitful for Jamie, not only did she learn a lot about her makeup skils, but in 2010 she had her own show. She co-hosted VH1’s super-hit mini-series Transform Me. A show about 3 makeup artists from Hollywood who go around America and perform makeovers trans women, and the show also discussed the harsh struggles that trans women have had to face to fight for their identities.
Following the show, Jamie became an avid supporter of the LGBT community, she especially put her voice forward for the rights of trans people in the USA. In 2011, she started appearing as a recurring character on HBO’s hilarious comedy show Hung. The next year she starred as the leading actress in the Emmy award winning comedy show Dirty Work, based on the life of a crime scene clean-up crew. Since then, she has gone on to appear in successful shows like Sense8, Bojack Horseman and many more.
