Traci Dinwiddie is an English actress who has worked in several Hollywood movies and TV shows. She was born on 22nd December 1973 in Anchorage, Alaska. She started her career in 1997 and is active in the industry. In 1995 she gave voice to the character Shizuka in the film Marriage. She also gave voice to the character Reiko Takagi in Sailor Victory.
