Erin Karpluk is an American actor who has worked in several Canadian movies and TV shows and series. She was born in Jasper, Alberta, Canada. Her mother was a principal in a high school, and her father was an engineer in the railways. Erin did her graduation from the University of Victoria in theatre art. Erin got her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in 2000. After doing her graduation, she moved to Vancouver and started her acting career. She is popular for her role of Erica Strange on the CBC Television series Being Erica from 2009 to 2011.
The role of Kate in Godiva's was a major project of Erin’s career. Before getting this role, she has worked on several not so popular projects. Erin got a Leo nomination for her first season of Godiva's and a Gemini nomination in the year 2006 for Best Performance by an Actress in a Continuing Leading Dramatic Role.
